Assembly & Delivery Masters, a service provided by HR Store LLC, aims to deliver high-quality moving and assembly services for both companies and homeowners. This Chargeback Policy outlines our approach to resolving disputes related to payments made through our website.<\/p>

Booking and Payment Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

When you book a service through our website, you will receive an automated confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation includes the details of your booking, payment information, and a link for rescheduling if needed. The Booking Fee is non-refundable, except in cases explicitly outlined in our cancellation policy.<\/p>

Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/p>

You may reschedule your service by using the link provided in your confirmation message. Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. You may reschedule up to three times without incurring any additional fees. If you attempt to reschedule with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice, the system may not allow the change, and you may be required to pay a new Booking Fee for a different appointment.<\/p>

Chargeback Disputes <\/strong><\/p>

We understand that disputes may arise from time to time. If you believe that a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at legal@adm-nc.com or by text message at (919) 914-2752. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue.<\/p>

Please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process. We are committed to working with you to address any concerns in a timely and fair manner.<\/p>

Unauthorized Transactions<\/strong><\/p>

If you notice any unauthorized transactions on your account, please contact your bank or credit card provider immediately. Additionally, notify us at legal@adm-nc.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.<\/p>

Fraud Prevention<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

To protect both our clients and our business, Assembly & Delivery Masters employs measures to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. We may contact you for verification if any suspicious activity is detected related to your booking.<\/p>

Final Resolution<\/strong><\/p>

Once a chargeback dispute is resolved, the decision is final. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if a chargeback is deemed fraudulent or unwarranted.<\/p>
