Service providers must treat all client property with the utmost care and respect. Any damage to client property, whether accidental or otherwise, must be reported immediately to Assembly & Delivery Masters management.
Compliance with Safety Standards
Service providers must adhere to all safety regulations and standards while performing their duties. This includes using appropriate safety equipment and following proper procedures to ensure the safety of both the service provider and the client.
Confidentiality
Client privacy is a top priority. Service providers must protect the confidentiality of all client information and must not disclose any details related to the client or their property without explicit permission.
Accountability
Service providers are responsible for their work and must take ownership of their tasks. If an issue arises, it is the duty of the service provider to address it promptly and professionally. Any significant issues should be escalated to Assembly & Delivery Masters management for resolution.
Commitment to Respect and Care
- Treat everyone you encounter with dignity and kindness.
- Treat every customer’s property as if it’s your own, ensuring the utmost care and respect.
- Always work in the best interest of the customer, prioritizing their satisfaction and well-being.
